The Western District is the most rural district, it is also one of the largest districts in the city spanning the entire west of the city. The most prominent feature of the city is the River Douglas Dam. Built to protect the relatively low lying city from the rising sea levels as the polar ice caps melt. T

The Western Districts main population centres are based around the old villages Tarleton and Hesketh Bank. The northern tip of the district is quite heavily industrialized around the dam and main city port. This district is also home to Shane who lives in this remote district.
