The Penwortham district is the most crime-infested district in the whole city. Higher Penwortham is now a complete no go area for police. The last crack police unit sent in, where found one hour later hanging from the street lights in Cop Lane.

This district is the home of Matt Cancer, who resides in the dark fortress of Penwortham. (See Dark Fortress). The district is also the home of some of the meanest and crazed hit-men in existance including The Hit-Man Mault, the worlds 3rd best hired gun after, Shane and Sul The Terminator. Most hit-men carry their guns openly and fire on one another usually out of jealousy. No-one fires on Mault unless they are tired of life. Rampaging thugs terrorize the entire neighbourhood, but their numbers are kept in check by the hit-men and Matt Cancer who use them as target practise.

The district is home to the worst scum in existance gang wise. Gangs include Al-Qaeda, The I.Y.A. (Independence Of Yorkshire Army), The Penwortham Mob, The Penwortham Lads, The Satin Worshipping Virgin Sacrificing Church of Unholy Rites, and other smaller gangs.

Penwortham is a hell-hole, and everyone except for complete nut-boys give this place a wide bearth. You only enter Penwortham if you are on a dangerous mission to get/kill some-one/thing. You do not enter Penwortham for the hell of it, unless you are Shane or Matt Cancer.
