The City Of Leyland

The city of Leyland is a mega-city of the 21st century. Mostly built after the destruction of the south of England. The city stands on the edge of the desert wastelands. The original town expanded wildly after the initial disaster as refugees from the south fled north. The city's expansion bank-rolled by the gold from the bank of England vaults, which were successfully retrieved by T.A. Investigations and Matt Cancer in the first months after the disaster. The city's current population stands at 16.2 million. Law and order has basically fallen to pieces. The city's emergency services are under massive strain from the influx of people and massive building program to accommodate them. The local villages and the town of Penwortham have been swallowed up by this monster city and now T.A. Investigations stands tall and proud as the guardians of Law and Order.
