The most southernly point in the city is in this district based on the old village of Eccleston. Here huge tower blocks rise from the countryside like icebergs from the sea. Green fertile fields give way to harsh uninhabitable radioactive desert. Here the radiation is only metres from the fence that sits between the city and the desert. Anyone who foolishly tries to stray into the desert would die very quickly either from the radiation or from the automated security posts that ring this district. Eccleston is also the home of Leyland Southern Airport.

Crime and unemployment are extremely low and again this district like all the western districts has a low population in comparison to some of central and eastern districts.
