The Dark Fortress of Penwortham lies in a mile of featureless ground where nothing will grow, and it is the home of Matt Cancer. Nobody will go near this building as death would come very quickly unless they were invited. Also people run past many of the openings near the fortress just in case Matt Cancer drives out in one of his many cars with large spikes set on the front designed to impale any poor individual who gets in the way.

Matt Cancer will often go out in to Penwortham for a little bit of fun. Shooting thugs and hitmen. Saving old grannies from gangs etc...

However the Dark Fortress is avoided by every-one! It is that dangerous.
